May I ask, is there any indication that this London is indeed in the LWM? Like was there a tweet by A&E or someone? In the "production notes" section, the reference is only for the fact that this London and Victorian England are seperate locations. It does not make sense as the Shadow is freely flying around the location and that world, LWM is not a land with much or any presence of magic.
When Bae wanted to leave the EF because of magic, Blue send him to a land without magic, but it could also meant that that land had lesser presence of magic, unlike the EF. Victorian England and 1920's England are also worlds that are sometimes mistaken as a land without magic as the magic presence there isn't as strong as the EF, yet this 2 worlds are originated from the Magical Universe. The most confusing is the presence of the Shadow. It should have died when it entered London. The Chernebog demon died and Maleficient would turn to dust (after her resurrection) if she step into the LWM (outside of Storybrooke)
Blue did say that it was a land without magic, but then again Victorian England also looked like a place without magic. The people aren't aware of magic and Alice was even placed in an asylum because she said that was another world (Wonderland). In 2x21, the titlecard said London, England and NOT "Our World" or "The Real World" or even "London, England, Our World".
