I'm still not over the fact that they never explained Maleficent's hatred towards Briar Rose (hopefully that will be addressed when Lily's father is revealed) and, more importantly, how Phillip is alive.
I swear I'll never forgive them if that just gets ignored when the show ends.
You will never forgive the show.... seriously?Â
Aurora and Prince Phillip are just minor characters, nor does OUaT revolve around Sleeping Beauty. Let them just raise Phillip Jr., and enjoy the simple life of Storybrooke.
Yeah, Phillip is a minor character who appears for 3/4 episodes, but Aurora isn't so insignificant: her and Mulan had a big role in season 2a, and remember the princess didn't reveal immediately Zelena's plans (unfortunately).Â
Anyway, in Once Upon a Time there are three types of characters: the major characters (like Emma, Snow White, the Queen, Prince Charming...), the minor characters (who appeair for 1-4 episodes, like Cinderella, Hansel and Gretel, Anton the Giant, King Leopold...) and the secondary characters (who appeair in 10-30 episodes; I'm talking about Grumpy, Granny, Red Riding Hood, Dr Whale, the Snow Queen...). Aurora is in the last category.Â
The secondary characters are the characters who appeair often, also when they're useless for the plot (Grumpy appeiars in every episodes for one-two lines). Aurora is a secondary character for those reasons: she appeairs in almost 20 episodes and  her lasts appearances aren't important for the storylines (see 322, 407 and 414).Â
I'm sure Aurora, as a secondary character, will appeair in a few episodes of season 5 and we will see her and Maleficent in a little argument. And if Mulan will appeair again, our precious Sleeping Beauty will be with her.
