I feel so awful for Eion Bailey. He really seemed to love the show. I can't believe they're just giving him the axe because some vocal fans dislike him. His character seems really well-liked outside of fandom, so who knows how the viewing audience will react.
Where are these "vocal fans" who dislike him? There are fans who dislike everyone. Also, the statement "his character seems really well-liked outside of fandom" makes no sense... if you like a character, you're a fan. ;)
They don't get rid of people just because there's a perceived dislike. And it doesn't matter in this case, since the "dislike" you're talk about doesn't even exist. His story simply progressed. It's got nothing to do with dislike or little to do with Eion's schedule... it's how they wrote the story.
