Nick Eversman is the American actor who portrays Liam on ABC's Once Upon a Time.

Biography

Nick Eversman was born on February 15. 1986 in Madison, Wisonsin.[1] In high school, he performed in plays and musicals, and later performed with The Second City,[1] an improvisational comedy enterprise based in Chicago. His big break came when cast in the Chicago-based movie Innocent in 2009, while his first regular TV role came as Ashley Judd's kidnapped son in the mystery thriller drama television series Missing.[1]

Nick was later cast as The Rolling Stones singer Mick Jagger in Get on Up, a 2014 biographical drama film about the life of singer James Brown. He won the role by auditioning and by sending in a side-by-side comparison of himself and the real Mick Jagger, and also sent in a recording he did for the HBO TV movie Cinema Verite in which he sang The Rolling Stones' classic Time Is on My Side. The same year, he booked a part opposite Reese Witherspoon in the biographical survival drama film Wild.[2] In 2015, he played Mae Whitman’s love interest in the teen comedy film The Duff,[3] a movie about a high school senior (Whitman) who instigates a social pecking order revolution after finding out that she has been labeled the DUFF (Designated Ugly Fat Friend) to her prettier more popular friends.[4]

Other roles of note include the science fiction television series The Tomorrow People,[5] the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D episode "Devils You Know",[6] the spoof horror film Vampires Suck,[7] and the docudrama miniseries When We Rise, a series that chronicles the gay rights movement in the United States.[8]

Nick is married to his wife Emily.[4] In 2015,[4] the couple welcomed their first child, Lorilay.[9]
