The Land of Oz page is not a valid page. You wrote two speculative sentences, and then just published that as a page? that is not acceptable. You do not create new pages just to start a discussion. That's what the comments section of each page are for. If you were making the page for the location, Oz, I would say no because so far we have only been hinted at Oz and it has not been mentioned by name. I will be deleting the page.
