SCENE: Wonderland. Present. Underland. Cyrus walks through the Caterpillar's tavern, nonchalantly making his way over to the Caterpillar and his guards.

Caterpillar: Ah, long time, no see, genie.
Cyrus: Actually, not genie. Not anymore.
Caterpillar: Should I offer congratulations, or condolences?
Cyrus: I seek neither. I'm here about the item that I traded you years ago, the lost and found. You still have it?
Caterpillar: Ah, that depends.
Cyrus: On what?
Caterpillar: On how much it's worth to you.
Cyrus: It's worth a great deal. I, however, am worth very little. I was hoping we could come to... an alternative arrangement.
Caterpillar: (His guard whispers something in his ear. He laughs) How about I give you back your little compass in exchange for Alice and the Knave of Hearts.
Cyrus: (A shrunken Alice appears behind Cyrus's shoe and runs unseen behind the Caterpillar's counter) What's your interest in them?
Caterpillar: They have an unpaid debt. Deliver them here and the compass is yours.
Cyrus: Bounty hunting is not really my thing.
Caterpillar: And charity isn't mine. (Alice finds the compass) So I guess you'll be leaving empty-handed then.
Cyrus: (noticing Alice reappearing with the compass) Not entirely.
Caterpillar: Now, how's that?
Cyrus: (taking a mug from a barmaid who walks past him) You just bought me a drink. (He walks away and the Caterpillar laughs)
Burly Guy: (stopping Cyrus) Hey! That's my drink. You better pay for it.
Cyrus: Put it on my tab.
Burly Guy: (shoving him) How about I put you on your arse, huh? (Aims a punch at Cyrus. He dodges, easily evading the guy's advances and starting a fight between him and another man. Seeing as he's now distracted, Cyrus picks up Alice and the compass and leaves the Underland.)

SCENE: Wonderland. Present. The Jabberwocky lounges on a couch in the Red Queen's palace, watching Jafar as he stands in front of the three bottles, reciting Latin verses from his spellbook. The bottles shake, but nothing else happens. He tries the spell again. In the dungeons below, the old prisoner and the Red Queen look up as the ceiling shakes and dust falls from the disturbance.

Old Prisoner: What is that?
Red Queen: Magic.
Old Prisoner: I've never seen magic do that.
Red Queen: Oh, you'd be surprised what magic can do.

SCENE: Wonderland. Past. Red Queen's palace.

Tweedledum: (tapping Anastasia on the shoulder) Milady.
Anastasia: (turning) Oh, I didn't see you there, I'm sorry. (pauses) Who are you, exactly?
Tweedledee: (exchanging a glance with Tweedledum) We're your Tweedles.
Anastasia: (laughing) My... Tweedles.
Tweedledum At your service. (They bow.)
Anastasia: (smiling)...Lovely. What are your names?
Tweedledee: We don't have names, milady. A servant is defined only by his service.
Tweedledum: Um, shall we prepare the tea for her arrival?
Anastasia: For who's arrival? (The Tweedles point behind her. Ana turns)
Cora: Hello, Anastasia.
Anastasia: (breathless) Your Majesty. Welcome. (She bows low. The Tweedles follow her lead.)
Cora: (scoffing) Oh, tomorrow's your wedding day. You're to be Queen of this castle. It is I that should defer to you.
Anastasia: (attempting to stifle her excitement) Of course. I was really honored that you accepted our invitation.
Cora: And I was surprised to receive it. The Red King and I have never seen eye to eye on... (laughs) anything.
Anastasia: I didn't know that.
Cora: Well, men like him tend to find me... (a vase disappears in purple smoke, reappearing a few feet away) threatening.
Anastasia: (subdued) The king believes royals shouldn't have magic. It separates us from our subjects.
Cora: (laughs) Oh, I think a little separation's a welcome thing. We Queens have so much to think about. Why not use everything at our disposal to help us rule?
Anastasia: I guess I hadn't thought of it in that way.
Cora: Perhaps you can help steer the Red King to my point of view. You remind me of myself. I had humble beginnings too. I see your potential. My own daughter's been a disappointment to me. You're much more the kind of daughter I'd choose to have, if, (laughs) if one could choose such things. And should you choose to learn a touch of magic... I could teach you. And what the King doesn't know won't hurt him.
Anastasia: I appreciate the offer, but I hardly think keeping secrets is the best way to begin a marriage.
Cora: But it's a wonderful way to begin a friendship.
Anastasia: Perhaps another time. Thank you... (Cora inclines her head) Your Majesty.
Cora: Well, my door is always open. (She leaves, followed by her guards.)

SCENE: Wonderland. Present. In Cyrus and Alice's house in the Outlands, Cyrus is examining the compass.

Alice: Anything yet?
Cyrus: Hm...no. But in my mother is indeed alive this should lead us right to her.
Alice: Well, hopefully before the Caterpillar realizes it's gone. (Tweedledum suddenly enters.)
Tweedledum: The Caterpillar is the least of your problems. (Cyrus slowly picks up a dagger.)
Cyrus: What are doing here?
Tweedledum: The Red Queen, she sent me.
Alice: For what?
Tweedledum: To warn you. She was forced to make her wishes. So now Jafar he--
Cyrus: He controls all three genies.
Tweedledum: Her Majesty wanted you to know so you could leave Wonderland while you still can. Save yourselves.
Cyrus: Is there a way into the palace?
Tweedledum: Didn't you hear me? It's over! Jafar is going to do the spell--
Alice: Tweedle! Is there a way into the palace?
Tweedledum: Th-there are secret tunnels under the castle. I can show you.
Cyrus: Guess this'll have to wait.
Tweedledum: There's something else. Jafar...He's unleashed the Jabberwocky.
Cyrus: What does that mean?
Alice: That we may be too late.

SCENE: Wonderland. Present. Back in the Red Queen's palace, Jafar repeats the spell another time, then pauses, looking worried.

Jabberwocky: (stretching) What is it you hope to achieve with this spell?
Jafar: If you can read my mind then you already know.
Jabberwocky: I can't read your mind, Jafar, only your fear. And right now, you're afraid you're doing something wrong. (Jafar picks up the bottle and opens the cap. The Knave appears before him.)
Knave: Listen, mate, would you mind keepin' it down a bit? I'm trying to have a bit of a nap.
Jafar: (angrily) How are you doing it?
Knave: Well I closed me eyes, I tried counting sheep, but you two, you're like that. (Knave makes a hand gesture immiating talking.)
Jafar: (impatiently) The spell! You're resisting it. (threateningly.) I want to know how.
Jabberwocky: Why don't you let me...talk to him. Hmm? Isn't that why you have me here? To apply... (Jabberwocky circles Knave) a woman's touch, hm? You think there's something wrong with him; let me get inside, and take a look around. (spends a few moments examining Knave.)
Knave: (emotionlessly) What are you doing?
Jabberwocky: Listening.
Knave: To what?
Jabberwocky: You.
Knave: Oh.
Jabberwocky: Your deepest fears.
Knave: I'll save you some time. Water, hairy spiders, being stabbed in the head, and, uh, raisins. Grapes are fine, but raisins, no thank you.
Jafar: Enough!
Jabberwocky: I don't understand.
Jafar: Understand what?
Jabberwocky: I can't...read him. There's something...different about this genie.
Jafar: It's the Red Queen. She must have put some sort of protection spell on him.
Jabberwocky: Why...would she do that?
Jafar: She and this one. (closing in on Knave) They have history.
Jabberwocky: Ohhh. Perhaps we're talking to the wrong person.
Jafar: Perhaps you're right. Let's pay Anastasia a little visit.

SCENE: Wonderland. Past. Red Queen's palace. Anastasia stands near the balcony, looking over the dress she's to wear at her wedding the next morning. Behind her, Will jumps the balcony and Ana notices.

Anastasia: (Turning and walking towards him.) Will.
Will Scarlet: Hello Ana.
Anastasia: (hardening) What are you doing here?
Will Scarlet: I dunno. To see you. Look you in your eye and ask you why you did it.
Anastasia: Well, what do you want me to say? (Cora appears, eavesdropping from behind a column.)
Will Scarlet: That it's a con. That it was a play for the big prize. Marry the old man, get the keys to the kingdom, and tomorrow we'll jump through that mirror and count our riches on the other side. Please, Ana, this isn't you.
Anastasia: (seizing his arm and leading him outside) You have to go. If the guards catch you, they will throw you in the dungeon!
Will Scarlet: See, you're worried about me, that means you care!
Anastasia: Of course I care! But I'm trying to do what's best, for both of us!
Will Scarlet: Do you really believe that? Have you forgotten all those good times we've had? Making wine from wildflowers, naming the stars to fall asleep at night.
Anastasia: You named them all Anastasia.
Will Scarlet: It's the most beautiful name I know. Come away with me. We can forget any of this ever happened. (Ana looks as though she's about to answer when the sound of a door opening causes them to turn.)
King's Guard: Intruder! Halt!
Will Scarlet: (turns back to Ana) The wagon. Dawn. Meet me there. It's not too late to make things right. (He jumps over the edge.)
King's Guard: Are you alright?
Anastasia: (attempting a smile) Yes, thank you. Thank you for coming so quickly.

SCENE: Wonderland. Present. Red Queen's palace. In the dungeon, Red Queen and the Old Prisoner sit in silence.

Red Queen: You must hate Jafar more than anyone, for keeping you locked up like this.
Old Prisoner: I believe he is as much my captive as I am his. We create our own prisons.
Red Queen: Yeah. Yes, I suppose we do. (The door opens and they both glance towards it. Edgily, Ana rises to her feet. Alice and Cyrus appear and walk to her. She looks surprised and flustered.) What are you two doing here? I thought I told you to run!
Cyrus: The genies. Where are they?
Red Queen: Jafar has the bottles. But he's begun already!
Alice: Then we'll stop him.
Red Queen: (turning to Alice) Thank you for coming back. (Cyrus glances between them, then backs off to talk to the Old Prisoner)
Alice: Ana, I--
Red Queen: I know you didn't come back for me, but thank you.
Cyrus: (to the Old Prisoner) My friend.
Red Queen: (moving closer to Alice) Alice, you can save Will. You can save Wonderland.(the door opens again.)
Cyrus: Alice! (Alice and Cyrus run off and hide out of sight. Ana retreats to the corner of her cell. Jafar enters, followed by the Jabberwocky. He opens the door to Ana's cell with a wave of his hand)
Jafar: The Knave. My new genie. Your old flame. What did you do to him?
Red Queen: (walks to him) I don't know what you mean.
Jafar: You tricked me once with a counterfeit bottle. Now this one is not responding to my spell. I going to punish you severely until you tell me what you've done. (Alice glances nervously at Cyrus.)
Red Queen: (evenly) I've done nothing. And even if I had I wouldn't tell you.
Jafar: (shoving her backwards into the wall, choking her) What is wrong with him? (She grunts in pain but grits her teeth in resolution.)
Jabberwocky: Stand down, Jafar. I've got your answer. (he releases Ana and she collapses, gasping for air) I know why this Knave isn't responding to the spell. It's the same reason why I couldn't read his fears. (She presses against the bars Alice and Cyrus are hiding behind. Alice swallows nervously) He doesn't have a heart. (Ana raises her head, clearly unaware of this)
Jafar: You should know better than to keep secrets from me, your Majesty.
Jabberwocky: It wasn't the Queen's fears that gave it away.
Jafar: Then who's?
Jabberwocky: We're not alone in this dungeon. You have guests.
Jafar's Guard: We found a secret tunnel system, sire. They must have escaped.
Jafar: Secret tunnels? (walks back towards Ana) I suppose you had no idea about those either?
Jabberwocky: She knew about the tunnels. The king used them to bring his...companions, in and out of the palace.
Jafar: Hm. Seems I'm not the only one who grew tired of his partnership with you. Alright, your Majesty. You're going to help me find the Knave's heart.
Red Queen: I didn't know it was missing. How could I possibly know where it is? I'm afraid I'm of no value to you.
Jafar: True. But you may still be valuable to someone else.

SCENE: Wonderland. Present. Cyrus and Alice, still slightly out of breath, walk briskly through the forest.

Cyrus: It was you the Jabberwocky was sensing in there, wasn't it?
Alice: It was as if I could feel her picking me apart from the inside. And now because of me they know about the Knave's heart. And I'm sure it's only a matter of time before that thing gets inside the Knave's head. And we'll find out where it is.
Cyrus: Well, there's only one thing to do then. We figure out a way of finding it before they do.
Alice: Finding it isn't hard. I already know where it is.
Cyrus: You do?
Alice: Yes. The Knave told me. But getting there is the challenging part.
Cyrus: Why is that?
Alice: Because it's not in Wonderland.

SCENE: Wonderland. Present. In the dungeons, Will faces Jafar as the bars to his cell close.

Jafar: Your heart. Where is it?
Knave: That's funny, I don't remember. And keeping me locked up in here won't do you much good—I've slept in worse places than this.
Jafar: But have you ever slept next to a corpse? (The bars to Ana's cell open and he grabs Ana by the wrist. She resists, but is eventually yanked out into the open, facing Will) She's useless to me now. She's made her wishes. I have no reason to keep her alive. (unsheathes a dagger from his belt) But I think perhaps you do. (angles the blade lightly on Ana's throat) Tell me exactly where your heart is or she dies. Simple enough?
Red Queen: (shakily) Don't do it, Will.
Knave: He'll kill ya.
Red Queen: He'll kill me anyway. Protect your heart! (Jafar presses the dagger further into her skin, causing her to break off, choking)
Jafar: Tell me where, or tell her goodbye.
Knave: (looking away) Okay, I'll do it. (Jafar removes the dagger and shoves Ana into the bars.)
Red Queen: (frustratedly) Why?!
Knave: My heart's caused me enough suffering, nobody needs to die because of it. Not even you.

SCENE: Wonderland. Past. Will waits at the anxiously waits at the wagon. He hears some rustling.

Will Scarlet: I mean, Ana, really?
Cora: Will Scarlet, I presume.
Will Scarlet: Your Majesty. (Will bows.) I'm not really sure what we're suppose to do. II don't really know how to. [inaubible] (Continues bowing. Cora laughs.)
Cora: That's not necessary. I come as a friend of Anastasia. I'm here on her behalf.
Will Scarlet: Is she not coming?
Cora: She's made her decision. She has a new life now. One that's hard enough with old boyfriends distracting her with plights of fancy.
Will Scarlet: Is that what you think love is?
Cora: I think love is weakness. But that's one opinion.
Will Scarlet: You don't look like that type that does other people's dirty work.
Cora: As I said, I'm a friend.
Will Scarlet: Why would a friend keep her from following her heart.
Cora: In my experience, hearts are much more trouble than their worth.
Will Scarlet: I think you might be right about that. Everyday I wake up thinking maybe she changed her mind. Remembered how much she loved me. I bet she'll come home today. But she don't come. I went to sleep alone. My heart's broken all over again. Then the sun comes up. And I think today's the day.
Cora: But it never is the day, is it?
Will Scarlet: No.
Cora: It's time to realize, it never will be. Otherwise, that pain in your heart will never, ever go away. You served your purpose for her. You brought her here to Wonderland, you helped her realized she's meant for more. We all come into each other's lives for a reason. Sometimes its just for a different than we thought.
Will Scarlet: I think there's a reason why you're in mine.
Cora: And what might that be?
Will Scarlet: I know what you do. You rip out people's hearts. And I want you to do that to me.
Cora: Do you understand what you're asking for? Really.
Will Scarlet: Yeah.
Cora: A man without his heart is--
Will Scarlet: A man without heartache.
Cora: You won't be able to love again.
Will Scarlet: I'd rather feel nothing than feel like this. Do it. (Cora drives her hand into Will's chest and see pulls out his heart.) Ooh. Ooh.
Cora: Better?
Will Scarlet: Yes. Thank you. Yeah. So what are you going to do with that?
Cora: Oh, don't worry. I'll take care of it. It won't cause you any more trouble. And now I think it's best for everyone if you be on your way.
Will Scarlet: Righto. I'll be on me way.

SCENE: Wonderland. Present. Cyrus and Alice, still slightly out of breath, walk briskly through the forest.

Cyrus: So let me get this straight- you got the Knave his heart back, but you didn't put it back in.
Alice: He said he got used to the emptiness. (They stop outside of the White Rabbit's house, where there are a few soldiers milling about) Rabbit!
Cyrus: Who were they?
White Rabbit: Former soldiers.
Alice: What are they doing here?
White Rabbit: The Queen asked me to find anyone willing to throw in for a stand against Jafar. (sighs) It's not going well. (He leads Alice and Cyrus into his house) The problem is, they have nothing to believe in!
Alice: Rabbit.
White Rabbit: They need a leader to inspire them! Someone who knows what's right, and just, and-
Alice: Rabbit. We need to take a trip.
White Rabbit: Now?
Alice: It's urgent. If we don't find the Knave's heart, it won't matter how many soldiers we gather, it won't be enough to defeat Jafar.
White Rabbit: Ah, alright. Where to?
Alice: The very location we found the Knave in the first place.
Cyrus: Where's that?
Alice: A town called Storybrooke.

SCENE: Storybrooke. Present. Cyrus and Alice, climb out of the rabbit hole which open on the main road of Storybrooke.

White Rabbit: Welcome to Storybrooke!
Alice: Curiouser and Curiouser.
Cyrus: Alice! (Cyrus pulls Alice back out of the way of a car.) Of all the worlds I've traveled to, I've never seen anything quite like it. (White Rabbit notices the bar, White Rabbit. Ruby drives by with loud music playing.)
Alice: It's so...noisy.
White Rabbit: Come on. The Knave's place is this way. You'll know it by the smell. (They find the house of the Knave.)
Cyrus: It's like a cave in here.
White Rabbit: Press that white thing on the wall. (Cyrus presses it and the lights come on. Alice gasps.)
Cyrus: Oh. (Cyrus plays with the switches turning on and off different lights throughout the house.)
Alice: It's a step up from the Knave's wagon. There's so many nice things.
White Rabbit: I-I have a feeling most of it feel of a truck.
Alice: Then how did it get in here then?
White Rabbit: No, it's a figure of- ah, never mind. (Alice sticks her hand into the ice dispenser of the fridge and she gives a small cry when ice comes out.)
Alice: There's ice inside this box. How did the Knave acquire magic such as this?
White Rabbit: It's not magic. It's called electricity. An invisible energy that makes fridge cold, the toaster hot. It can even turn darkness into light. Alice: And that's not magic. (Rabbit shrugs his shoulders.)
Cyrus: How can we be sure that this is the Knave's home?
White Rabbit: Hm, well, there's this. (There a drawing of the Red Queen pinned on the wall with several darts through it.)
Alice: Yeah, I'm pretty sure this is his place.

SCENE: Wonderland. Present. Red Queen's palace. Dungeon.

Red Queen: You should've let him kill me.
Knave: Of much of a thank you.
Red Queen: Even without your heart, you just helped me and not yourself.
Knave: I would've done the same for anyone. I don't want blood on me hands. It gets messy.
Red Queen: No, you're no Knave. You're a good man. Same good man I fell in love with all those years ago.
Knave: You didn't love me, Ana. And don't love me now.
Red Queen: How can you say that, Will?
Knave: You love the memory of me. You love the times we had. You loved how simple it was before all of this. But you didn't love me. If you did you would've shown up at the wagon that day.

SCENE: Wonderland. Past. Red Queen's palace. Anastasia picks up her bag to leave for the wagon.

Cora: Getting cold feet?
Anastasia: Your Majesty. I was just- I was having the hardest time with my gown.
Cora: Don't lie to me. You're about to make a terrible mistake.
Anastasia: No. I'm about to fix one. If I'm not too late.
Cora: Stop! Perhaps this is all my fault. I-is it possible not running to him but from me.
Anastasia: No. You've been wonderful. No, it's not you at all.
Cora: Oh, good. I didn't thought I scared you off with my talk of your potential and how special young women I think you are.
Anastasia: Special.
Cora: I'm sorry. It's-it's not my place to say such things. I'm sure you've heard it many times from your own mother.
Anastasia: ...No, not really.
Cora: Pity. What I see in you is a desire to make a mark in this world. Someday we'll all move on and when we do. Do you really want to be buried beside some rickety wagon not even a stone to mark your grave. Or do you want thousands to gather around, celebrating the glorious life you had. The life you were meant for.
Anastasia: How can you be sure that's the life for me?
Cora: Because you could've been a nobody but you chose to be a Queen. You chose power over weakness. Don't be shaken by the ravings of that love-sick man. I'm sure he spoke well. They always do. But they're lies.
Anastasia: He many things but he's not a liar. He's waiting for me.
Cora: Is he? (Cora magically shows Ana the wagon through a mirror. She runs up eagerly to see.) I don't see him. Do you? You tossed him aside for a crown. Men don't forget a betrayal like that. He'll never trust you again. And he'll never love you again. It's already too late.
Anastasia: No...I can't be.
Cora: Oh. Perhaps he wanted was to ruin this day for you. To embarrass you in front of all your friends. This part of your story is over now. But a new chapter is now beginning. You can be a wonderful Queen.
Anastasia: Will you show me how?
Cora: Oh, of course I will. (Cora hugs Anastasia.) I will teach you everything you need to know.

SCENE: Storybrooke. Present. Knave's house. Alice continues to look for Knave's heart. She turns around and bumps into a lamp.

Alice: Another part of Will's life I've damaged.
Cyrus: You shouldn't blame yourself for that.
Alice: If it was for me the Knave wouldn't be in trouble. He'll be safe. He'd be happy. The only bottle he should be worry about is the ones running out of beer.
Cyrus: And if he was. Where would you be? You would still be that asylum and I'd be in that cage.
Alice: So he should suffer so we can be happy.
Cyrus: No but look around you. Does this look like someone who was happy to you? He fetched you for a reason, Alice. Clearly, he wasn't the only one who left someone in Wonderland.
Alice: Anastasia.
Cyrus: This is his fight too. Always has been. Now you know him Will better than anyone. If you were him where would you keep your heart.
Alice: Maybe with the person who broke it in the first place. (Alice picks up a dart and throws it at the drawing of the Red Queen.)
Cyrus: What are you doing? (Alice pulls out the dart and a red glow shines through. Cyrus grabs an ornament and uses it to break the wall. They find a small chest hidden within the wall. They look inside and smile.)

SCENE: Wonderland. Present. Red Queen's palace. Dungeon.

Red Queen: You chose to be heartless. I never knew that.
Knave: You can't ask a man to feel like that for the rest of his life. You know, there's something I've been dying to know.
Red Queen: Yeah, what's that?
Knave: You said you wanted Jafar to change the Laws of Magic so you can do the impossible. Go back and change the past. Our past.
Red Queen: That's right.
Knave: What part would've you changed? Would you've left the old guy at the altar? Never said yes when he proposed? Never gone after the crown jewels?
Red Queen: Never come to Wonderland. We should've stay in Sherwood. Wish we never set eyes on that damn looking glass. Getting involved with magic was the start of all our trouble. Anastasia and Will. We already had all the magic we needed, right?
Knave: That we did.

SCENE: Wonderland. Past. Red Queen's palace. Cora magically lights a lantern with a flick of her wrist.

Cora: (to Anastasia) Now it's your turn. (Anastasia closes her eyes but check to see that nothing's happened.)
Anastasia: Sorry, I can't get it to light.
Cora: Just keep trying. It'll come eventually.
Anastasia: You make magic look so easy.
Cora: It starts with a respect for the power itself. And then the belief that you deserve such power. (Anastasia sits next to Cora.)
Anastasia: Can I ask you a question?
Cora: Of course.
Anastasia: The magic, what exactly do you use it for?
Cora: To get whatever you want.
Anastasia: Anything?
Cora: Almost. There are a few restrictions. The Laws of magic.
Anastasia: What are those?
Cora: Things even the strongest magic cannot accomplish. You can't bring back the dead. You can't make someone love you. You can't change the past. (Anastasia gets up to try again.)
Anastasia: Can the Laws be broken?
Cora: No. They cannot. You say you want to learn but something's holding you back. You're afraid. What is it?
Anastasia: Don't know. I can- I don't want the Red King to see what we're doing.
Cora: Why?
Anastasia: Because I know he won't approve.
Cora: Anastasia. You don't need anyone's approval. Whoever it was that made you feel this way. That you're somehow flawed or unworthy. You need to take that pain... (Cora turns Anastasia towards the lantern.) the fear that they were right and use it. It's the root of your power. Let it drive the magic and prove them all wrong! (Anastasia closes her eyes and the lantern ignites.)
Anastasia: It worked. It worked.
Cora: It feels good. Does it?
Anastasia: Wonderful. I can't understand why the King's so against it?
Cora: Oh, I have feeling you won't have to worry about him too much longer.

SCENE: Wonderland. Present. Outside Rabbit's House. Alice and Cyrus with the White Rabbit arrive back through the rabbit hole.

Cyrus: We have the Knave's heart. Now we just have to hide it.
Alice: If the Jabberwocky can read our thoughts. It has to someone none of us know that way it remains hidden no matter what they do to us.
White Rabbit: Okay but how on earth do we do that?
Alice: What is it?
Cyrus: The Lost and Found. Something's happening.
Alice: It's found something! We should follow it and see-- (Jafar appears.) Rabbit, go!
White Rabbit: B-but, I-I
Cyrus: Get to your family.
Jafar: How helpful. You saved me a trip to the Storybrooke. The Knave told me all about it. Now. Hand over the heart.
Alice: I won't do that. Not ever.
Jafar: Have it your way. (Jafar raises his staff and hits the ground throwing Alice and Cyrus back. Jafar picks up the box containing Knave's heart.) It was lovely doing business with you, Alice. But now it's time to say goodbye to you both...for good. (Cyrus runs towards Jafar.)
Alice: Cyrus, no! (Jafar points his staff. The eyes turn yellow and it flashes throwing Jafar backwards. Cyrus picks up the staff.)
Jafar: Put that down! You shouldn't play with toys that don't belong to you.
Cyrus: Stay back. (Jafar magically tries to pull his staff back but the staff is resisting. Jafar takes the box and flees.)
Alice: How did you do that?
Cyrus: I didn't do anything.
Alice: We failed. Jafar has the heart. There's no stopping him now.
Cyrus: I'm not sure about that. (Cyrus takes out the Lost and Found and hands it to Alice.) Tell me what you see. (Cyrus walks around Alice.)
Alice: The needle. It's following you.
Cyrus: Is it following me...(Cyrus sticks the staff into the ground.) Or is it following the staff. (Alice point the compass towards Cyrus but the needle still points to the staff.)
Alice: I don't understand, how is that possible?
Cyrus: When Jafar tried to kill me the staff, it fought back as if it was resisting him. And this. (Grabs the compass.) My mother always said it would lead me one day back to her. And now. She was fascinated by serpents. How they were able to change, to evolve. My house was filled with renderings of them. Pictures, carvings...
Alice: Cyrus. What are you saying? Do you think she's...
Cyrus: Do you? But I know it's impossible but there's a chance I'm right.
Alice: Then we free her.
Cyrus: Alright. The only question is, how?

SCENE: Wonderland. Present. Red Queen's palace. Dungeon.

Red Queen: I'm sorry.
Knave: Don't go getting all mushy on me.
Red Queen: I'm sorry for resorting to magic to try and win you back. The Laws of Magic are there for a reason. They're not meant to be broken.
Knave: Yeah, It was my heart.
Red Queen: But now you're never going to love me again. But do you think you might possible be able to forgive me.
Knave: You know as well as I do, Ana. Anything is possible in Wonderland.
Red Queen: I really don't want Jafar to succeed. But I do hope you get your heart back. You deserve to feel something. Someone. Even if it's not me. (Jafar and the Jabberwocky enter. Jabberwocky grabs Knave from his cell as Jafar grabs the heart from the box.)
Jafar: This might sting a bit. (Jafar shoves his heart back and Knave screams in agony falling to his knees.)
Red Queen: Will, Will. Look at me!
Knave: Ana... (They kiss and it's like fireworks but are interrupting when Jabberwocky grabs Knave and put back into his cell. Jafar grabs the Red Queen from her cell and takes out a knife. )
Jafar: Let's make sure that heart of yours is still working, shall we? (He stabs the Red Queen. Will screams helplessly.)
Knave: No! Ana, listen to me. I love you. I kill ya. I swear I'll get you back. (The Red Queen closes her eyes.)
