Emilie de Ravin is the Australian actress who portrays Belle and her Storybrooke persona on ABC's Once Upon a Time.

Biography

Emilie was born and raised in Mount Eliza, Australia. When she was a teenager, she studied ballet, only to give it up for acting a short time later.
In 1999, Emilie got her first big break, with a role on the alien-drama Roswell playing the alien people loved to hate and hated to love, Tess.
After starring in a few movies, the small screen called Emilie back. This time with a new show and a move to Hawaii to film. She was cast as Claire Littleton on the hit ABC drama Lost.
Personal LifeEdit
After three years of dating, actor Josh Janowicz proposed to de Ravin on New Year's Day 2005 in Melbourne after meeting in Los Angeles. The couple married 19 June 2006 in Melbourne, Australia. They separated 6 months after they married, and got back together.
