Her work included; The Fame Game,[6] Off the Rails[7] and The Podge and Rodge Show.[8]

Caroline made the move back to acting and appeared in the musical play, I, Keano. She has also appeared in The Real O'Neals and Fir Bolg. In 2010, she became the face of Littlewoods, a football betting company.[9]
